UV-CLEAN EFFICACY TEST RESULTS*
*Based on data from third-party labs.
The UV-CLEAN Phone Sanitizer and UV-CLEAN Portable Sanitizer Bag were tested under a number of different conditions. These conditions helped measure dosing strength against a variety of germs. UV-CLEAN Phone Sanitizer kills up to 99.9% of E. coli and salmonella, in 1 cycle; kills up to 99.9% of staph aureus and H1N1 in 2 cycles; and kills 99.4% of rhinovirus in 2 cycles. UV-CLEAN Portable Sanitizer Bag kills up to 99.9% of E. coli in 1 cycle and 99.9% of H1N1 and rhinovirus in 2 cycles.

Direct exposure to UV-C light is required to kill bacteria and viruses. Surface areas not directly exposed may not be dosed to the above levels. The type of object can impact the ending dose results. Additional testing is currently being performed.
