I cannot recommend this product enough. I have on going problems with lower back pain (3 surgeries - L5/S1) . I work as a computer programmer so have to sit all day. I use this product at least once a day and it provides enough relief that it significantly reduce the amount of pain medicine I need to take.
Yes, it may seem expensive, but this product works and has paid for itself over and over.
The warranty is also excellent, I had one chair replaced right at the end of the years warranty without question or hassle.
Not much more I can say - if you suffer back pain - this product is a no brainer - thank me later!

I love It since I bought mine at bing lee its the best thing I have ever had as I had a
Motor Acc broke spine L 1/2 L3/4 it puts my spine back in place which I had to pay for now I just sit back and relax I just wish it had been around in the 70 when
I got out of the hospital since I have had it I have now been able to reduce my pain pills thanks all to this massage chair Mr. Kym. May.
